These ruins are called Lamani. This settlement was the longest inhabited jungle city in the Mayan empire here.
It looks, and is, very steep!!! Only the priests and the hiearchy would go up to the top. Back in their time these buildings would have been awe inspiring with their height and beautiful bright colors.
