Orville and Ella hosted a Vacation Bible School and had a great turnout with more every night.
We had an evening social with the infamous Canada vs Belize soccer game!
Scott Schafer brought his tumbling team down from Walla Walla and they were so kind to come and do a performance here at our school. We had our students plus more students from the other elementary schools in town and they all enjoyed it very very much. Kaylee got to be a part of the program and she had alot of fun! Scott knows Orville and Ella well and both Dale and I went to school with him so it was great for everyone to see him.
The young people were very nice and they did a great job. It was a challenge for them as the mats they were expecting didn't come. Our grass is very prickly and the ground is very lumpy and hard but they still put on a wonderful program. Most of the time they were in San Ignacio doing VBS and other things. We hope they had a wonderful experience in Belize.
